This stuff is awesome!For anyone concerned about the size don’t be Iv done two coats on the carpets and boot and I used just under a quarter of the bottle!Really good coverage, drys very quickly and so far there’s been no transfer of the dye once dry which was a concern!I used a spray bottle and worked in with a soft bristle brush and got excellent resultsSuper happy carpets look new and super fresh worth every penny!Remember to wear gloves 🧤!

I think this is the stuff I used to use back in my professional valeting days, either way it does an amazing job and I will be setting the dye tomorrow after full 72 hrs drying time then fabric protection and the carpets will be good for another 10 years! The picture of bottle shows how much was left after doing x2 coats of the front and rear carpet of a vauxhall corsa 3dr and value for money as result. Super easy to use recommend stippling for a clean job or spray and dab for quicker jobs. Will return to check out leather products very soon..

This black carpet dye is brilliant and gave me some.very good results. I ordered it to change my MK1 clios carpet from grey to black. I'll recommend you wear gloves when using as it did stain my one finger where my gloves broke. I found that more is less when applying and lighter coats but more of works well.I mixed it with 25% water to help with coverage and put it into a spray bottle. I applied the first coat very lightly and was. worried as it looked very patchy, but I trusted in the process. I allowed each coat to dry fully and lightly brushed with a brush between coats. By the 3rd coat and after it had dried I had a very good even coverage. I found the carpet to be a little crispy compared to when I started, so gave it a hoover and a good brush and it feels some what normal again.This is a really good will order again, it's very easy to use if you take your time and trust in the process.

This dye works okay but it is messy to use so be careful where you splash it around.Would I use it again? Probably not as for £25 I could replace the mats with new ones.

The media could not be loaded. This works brilliantly. It brought life back into one of the car mats at work and barely any dye was used (dabble some on a cloth and rubbed into the carpet, just wear gloves).The difference is night and day.

I wanted this to dye the carpets in our photography studio - they were blue so we had a black foam overlay to stop the carpet messing up the white balance.The problem is, it's tiny. It's advertised as car carpet dye and, to be fair, those are only wee, so this would work well. But I'd need fully 4 of these to do a small room.The thing is, the dye doesn't really "take" the first time round; it needs doing twice to actually look black, which means you need double the amount you think you will.And this is fairly expensive as carpet dyes go.I will say for it, though: once I dyed the swatch twice, it really did go black. It's not a washed out, dirty black. It's a proper black, so it's worth getting. Just probably order twice what you think you'll need.
