We remodeled out bathroom and I wanted a nice bench/chair for out new shower. This is pricey but so worth it. It was easy to put together, very sturdy and the perfect height. The wood is absolutely gorgeous. This is our first Teak product so we were not familiar with products required to maintain it. I made the mistake of not ordering these products at the same time and after a week I was noticing a "dullness" to the wood. So, I ordered the kit of products and after using the cleaner and then applying the teak wood oil it was gorgeous and protected once again.

3/3/25I bought this shower furniture for an entirely different purpose than to sit in my shower stall! For at least 2 months I'd been searching online & in stores for a nice-looking shoe rack to go in the master bedroom of my apartment. It needed to go on a wall near my bed. The bamboo headboard looks similar to teak, which is my favorite wood.As you'd expect, I looked under the name "shoe rack." Then I checked online for different products that might do the same job, including bar carts & bookcases. Most of these items wouldn't have accommodated all 6 pair of my women's size 11 "boats" even if they had met my other criteria & had good reviews. A local store search gave me the opportunity to discover how many items that looked decent weren't stable when touched!Finally I was inspired to search on Amazon for shower furniture and came upon this beautifully designed and well-made teak piece that seemed far too elegant to be in a shower stall. The reviews were excellent. When it arrived & was put together, it was perfect for the space I had in mind & looked great near the bed. From the solid, well-finished construction of my "shoe rack," I could tell it would last for a very long time. By the way, my "boats" look way nicer on those shower shelves than they used to when lined up on the carpet!

Decided to get this bench after my DH (designated husband) tripped and fell, getting badly hurt. He’s not capable of correcting being off balance as quickly as when he was fitter. This bench is beautifully made, quality construction. It even has adjustable feet it your shower isn’t completely level. Very sturdy.

This bench is real sturdy..

If you like real wood, instead of cheap plastic or metal, this is a beautiful shower chair made of teak. I like the design with handles on both sides to aid in sitting and standing. There are adjustable feet to adapt to uneven surfaces. Some simple assembly required but pieces fit together perfectly and only eight screws ( tool and screws provided) were needed to assemble.
