Tineco Replacement Battery for A11 Hero & PET Series, Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Replacement Battery-21.6 Volt 2500mAh Space Blue

This doesn’t work for the PWR Hero 11 model as it’s battery doesn’t have a hole for the charger adapter. No way to charge the battery with this model. Extremely frustrating. Now to try to figure out how to get the actual battery I need. ☹️Update: changed review due to amazing Customer Service response! Thank you for helping me. One Happy Tineco Customer here.

Bought this as a backup for my vacuum that I’ve had for sometime now. The original battery still works great but this one barely holds a charge at all. Very disappointed, but by the time I used it, it was too late to return it.

I have a Tineco cordless vacuum for my business and the A11 Pet for my home. Business battery lasts fine for whole building used daily. Retail business, lots of traffic in & out. Lots of dust. Home vacuum is used a couple times a week. We have 2 story home, 4 bedroom, family room & large living room. Approx 2000 sq feet. Flooring is approximately 1/4 vinyl plank flooring & 3/4 carpet. Carpeted stairs, 2 cats who spread hair, litter & catnip. One battery handles downstairs vinyl plank in kitchen/dining room/hall & carpet in family room/living room & stairs. Bought this 2nd battery to ensure I can do 4 BR upstairs, (all carpet), landing, baseboards, louvered doors in closets, window sills, etc. in the same session if I'm on a roll. Very happy with the vacuum performance, filtering ability & battery life.

i wanted to have a spare battery on hand mainly to future proof our new vacuum. as i've found in the past with other battery powered ddvices, once a manufacturer ends production of an item batteries that fit become difficult if not impossible to find. end result your left with a good running product that is trash for lack of a battery to power it.this battery is identical in every respect to the stock battery that came with our stick vacuum. no problems or issues whatsoever. for us one battery is sufficient to get all our carpeted areas cleaned but as mentioned we picked up the spare to future proof our vacuum purchase.

The battery failed immediately. Would only accept a charge for 5-6 seconds. I do not trust their quality control. That battery was never tested. It arrived dead.The OEM battery is impossible to get at any price.

Just what I needed for my Tineko vacuum. Now, I can vacuum the entire house, plus the cat trees, without having to worry about running out of power. If you have a Tineko vacuum, you need this second battery!

So far, I haven't needed to use my extra battery, because I don't vacuum long enough to completelydischarge the 1st one. I do rotate them and get plenty of power and life from them for what I do.

My entire Tineco experience has been horrible.Bought the vacuum and it worked for a month. I had issues with filters. I must say that customer service is good once ya get thru. It lasted another month and the battery quit. Now the new battery isn’t the correct one as the info on my battery isn’t very clear. I am junking the whole thing. I had Dyson, someone else wrecked it so I tried substituting for Tineco, I really gave it the effort. Definitely going back to Dyson.
