Old Favorite
I chose these Superfeet run high arch support insoles as a second pair to the pair I’ve used for walking over the past six years. I needed a second pair because I wear them both for my two-hour daily walk and my eight-hour shift at work. I got tired of moving the one pair between two pair of shoes. Superfeet should be commended for retaining the same model insert for many years instead of making a change every year like shoe manufacturers. I can attest to the quality and longevity of the insoles as my old pair feel just as comfortable as the new pair. Choosing the right model for your needs is simplified with color coding and precise descriptions in terms of who and what a particular model is best suited. I chose a running insole even though I’m not a runner. The detailed descriptions allowed me to focus on the features that would best suite my needs over the intended function of the insole. The insoles have a brief break-in period while the insole shapes to fit your foot. I wouldn’t call these “high arch”, as other high arch insoles I’ve tried feel much more pronounced. The level of arch support is spot on providing just the right amount of support without affecting comfort. The quality and engineering of these insoles rivals the best on the market. The cover is a textured durable woven material, the design includes a heel cup not often found in an off-the-shelf insole. Other features include a mid-foot length protective plastic shell that doubles as the arch support. The primary material is molded with built-in flex points and firm cushioning that, once broken in, shapes to fit your foot providing a much higher level of comfort. I use them in my walking shoes averaging two hours a day as well as in my work shoes where I am on my feet for the full eight-hour shift.

I was wrong....
I left a review for sof sole in which I compared them with these Superfeet Run insoles, saying that these were not up to par. Admittedly, I had only tried them on and trotted around the house with them. They felt stiff, uncomfortable, unforgiving. I was ready to return, even initiated a return. THEN I went for a short run. I AM SO SORRY. These were phenomenal. After I got over the initial feeling of the plate against my foot and got a mile or so into my run, my feet felt amazing, My shoes were responsive and while no - I didnt feel like I was running on clouds or anything, I had no soreness afterward. I fight shin splints and runners' knee, and run primarily on asphalt/concrete. I went for a second run just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. My goodness, I'm really glad I didnt return these. My foam roller might start collecting dust!

These Work Well
I used these to replace my Power Sole inserts. These are better for my issue, which is flat feet. The Superfeet provide much better support.

Superfeet
These helped my son in his football cleats. He has low arches and this was a good mix of arch support and cushion for those long games/practices.

The carbon-fiber foot-bed support is a design step forward for Superfeet.
The latest version of green Superfeet exceed my already high expectations. I used Green Superfeet in my shoes for about 15 years, and ever since I injured my left foot in a vehicle accident. The arch was higher than with most inserts and the gray plastic-like heel and arch cup provided far more support than other brands. The newer version-the Superfeet Run Support High Arch Insoles made with Carbon Fiber Orthotic support set a new high standard for shoe Inserts. The carbon fiber support offers more give than did the plastic-like support but without any less arch support. These are great.

Poor quality for the money
Bought these 3 months ago and with moderate use they are peeling apart and the toe has worn halfway through. And the cushioning is not great. It feels like walking on Styrofoam. A ripoff at this price. Just buy Dr. Scholls for half the price and superior product.
