Works really well for making tall hamburger buns. Perfect shape compared to a freestanding bun without a mold.

Product is perfect for pastry use. Makes great moulds for individual cheesecakes, key lime pies, etc. Durable and not as flimsy as other silicone moulds. Bake well, feeze well, and wash well.

I'd give this 5 stars, but, mine came with a strange odor. It takes several batches of cooking to rid the pan of the odor.In terms of performance, it works well. There is a small bit of sticking around the rim, but it's very liveable.I purchased this because gluten free, allergy friendly breads are easier to turn out from silicone compared to metal pans. With that in mind, very happy with this pan.It's dishwasher safe and freezer safe too which is a plus, depending on your needs. With the odor issue, I don't know that I'd buy anything else from this brand in the future.

We only do grain free baking, meaning our doughs are very sticky and also need to be in molds or appropriate pans. These release very well. You will need a flat pan under them as they are very flexible.

I purchased both the hamburger and the hot dog baking pans. I love them and use both at the same time. They are actually larger than pictured. I can now make my grain free goodies in batches the oven instead of the microwave. I set the pans on a cookie sheet while baking and all is well. Surprisingly, grain-free goodies tend to brown on the bottom faster than the top, so watch carefully and use a little oil or butter before adding the batter.

After searching all over for bakeware not made in China, I was happy to pay double for this silicone pan thinking that I was made in Germany. Alas, like so many American companies, Lurch has outsourced the manufacturing to a chinese factory. If I had known that I wouldn’t have spent the extra $.On another note, if you bake savory things (like burgers or meatloafs) in this silicone pan, you’ll need a second mold to bake sweets, because flavors and scent impregnates the silicone. My mini pumpkin pies were inedible because the crusts absorbed meat flavor from the previous things I’d baked. And yes I wash it very well between uses.

So easy to use. Threw out all our metal pans. The good quality ones are not cheap but worth the money.

Great hamburger bun makers. They are medium size burger buns. The photos show using Gluten Free bun dough. Easy to remove. Easy to wash. We used a light rub of butter in the mould but it probably wasn't needed. A couple have all dressed bagel spices on them. Light and fluffy buns.

Hatten anfangs etwas Kunststoffgeruch, dieser ist aber nicht wenigen Benutzungen stark zurückgegangen.Nutze sie, um "Omelettes" zu machen. Hat dann gleich perfekte Brötchenform und kann zusammen mit den Aufbackbrötchen in den Ofen, so dass ich mit minimalem Aufwand ein passables Frühstück zum Mitnehmen habe. Beim Herausnehmen bleiben nur kleine Reste kleben.

Moule de 6 empreintes de 10 cm de diametre. Qualité 👌 Demoulage sans effort. J ai pu réaliser pour mes 2 premieres recettes : dutch pancake et quatre quart citron/pistache.Clairement un moule à avoir dans sa cuisine, aussi bien pour du sucré comme pour faire du salé. Prochaine recette tatin de tomate et pate brisée au parmesan.
