At first I thought there was no way these were going to fit my glasses. But they did. As they are silicone so they stretch. Just put em right through the hole leaving the open side on the outside. From ear to temple. I have SO much pain behind my ear & on my temples that I avoid wearing glasses. When I put my glasses on with these for first time, I couldn't believe how comfortable they were! And they make your glasses nice and snug feeling, preventing them from falling off.These are really a game changer and such a simple thing that u would not think so. But they are. Definitely recommend these if you have pain behind your ears or on your temple from glasses and to keep them from falling off.

I purchased the cutest frames but they kept sliding down and had to be pushed up all the time. These clear side pieces did the trick! They feel good. Don’t hurt at temples and stay in place. Now they are comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a product that will work for many but not all. If you have typical plastic or large ends on arms of your glasses this product works quite well. If you try to use on the real thin wire like kind it will work but it may slip out of position more easily than with a thicker frame.I tried the product on both types of frames and it worked better on the thicker for me. Some reviewers noted it was difficult to get in place but it’s really not. Just align the holes and use pressure to move it up on the back end where you want it. The nice thing was I could position the ends of this product anywhere on the glasses and it wasn’t going anywhere. I took the glasses on and off throughout a week and it never once moved out of original position.Now , as to performance. So , this does offer some stability to reduce glasses from falling down your nose. It adds a small amount of bulk between you and the glasses which leads to a tighter fit. The rubber like material is also like non slip type of material and it helps.. and you don’t have to have this with the opening of product facing up you can have it facing down- it is totally your preference . Also, I chose a dark color and it definitely helped to keep it from being obvious I had something in my glasses that was after market.In conclusion, this is a better option for those of us who have tried to stick on nose pieces for plastic frames or frames that have no problem nose piece like you’d see on wire frame glasses.. those stick on pads never last.. however, if you do have nose pieces that are adjustable or replaceable, your likely better off making adjustments there but could also combine this product for when more support. And I did feel like when wearing my glasses they felt more secure on my face/head— it was so annoying to have my glasses fall down nose. And yes, my lenses are little heavier then the avg .

Took these two Hawai’i for myself, my husband, and my 12 year old. I was worried while swimming in the ocean we may lose our glasses. They worked perfect and no one lost anything. I also use them on my runs to keep my sunglasses from sliding down my nose.

Like silicone material for stability and not likely to have skin reaction. Comfortable but do not do much to keep glasses fro falling off

Love them! They help so much! My glasses were literally cutting into the back of my ears. I was getting open cuts (sores) and it was so painful to wear glasses. These helped my ears heal and too away the pain.

I think this will work ok to stop the small metal piece at the end of my frames that pulls my hair out. It seems to be good rubber material that is soft and fits on even larger thickness frames because it has good stretch.
