It cleared my pond!!
Nothing I disliked about it. Had I found this in the first place I wouldn't have spent so much on trying to clear up my pond.

The screws it comes with are a joke .. don't waist your time just run to the hardware store get ones that are tapping and Philips.... don't really trust the seal ...last thing next to impossible to pull the basket out. Little modifications with a Dremel should be fine ... Definitely not what I expected for this price range... Burns me that they feel this is acceptable ... Otherwise good design high quality material would buy again just wanted to help others with this review

Heavy Duty filter
I have been installing Savio skimmer filters for years, they are tough, easy to maintain and worth every penny.

Excellent Product! Long life and still going!
I installed my Savio Skimmer SS0000 in June 2005 (~16 years ago!!) and it is still in excellent condition. I am remodeling my pond now to make it larger and I plan to use this skimmer in the new one in 2021. I also have the Savio UV lamp system (57W) and still find UV replacement lamps for it. Skimmer maintenance is simply pulling the mesh filter out about once per week and hosing it off. The lid is strong enough to walk on but I keep a decorative rock on top to hide it. Although I didn't buy this from Amazon, I felt compelled to let others know that this has been an excellent product with long life and a good investment. RL Oregon.

Defective product. Savio is terrible to work with
I don't understand why a company sends out a product that is defective and then makes you jump through hoops and spend money sending it back, when it was their responsibility to inspect all products before they left the warehouse. Savio is not a responsible vendor and their products are way overpriced for $25 in cheap plastic!
