GAOY Black Gel Nail Polish, 16ml Color 1001 Soak Off UV Light Cure Gel Polish for Nail Art DIY Manicure at Home

LOVE this product. This is lengthy, but worth reading. I've tried lots of products for my brittle, thin, and short nails. Biotin worked great, but I believe our bodies become immune to it, and doesn't work anymore. I tried fake (glue) fingernails, only to find they eventually cause significant damage to the nail. I also tried the gel version of adhesive for a fake fingernail, but they didn't adhere sufficiently. Tried the other gel to 'create' a nail, but that was a complete mess. Trying to get the 'extra' gel removed from the backside of the nail didn't work, as I ended up pulling the gel from the actual nail. If left, it adhered to the skin, and caused damage and discomfort. This product is exactly what I needed all along. Something that could be applied to the top of my nail w/o interference to the skin. It truly works in that it strengthens your own nail while it grows naturally. The light pink is a beautiful/natural color. There is some skill required to apply the gel. Watch the video, it's VERY helpful. I did purchase the base and top coat separately, and I already had a UV light from one of my previous purchases. Best tips. When beginning, do one nail at a time. Again, it will take experience to get it right. After applying the gel, invert your finger (upside down) when drying under the UV lamp. Otherwise, the gel will soften with the heat, and expand beyond the nail at bottom and sides. The gel will not be completely dry, but once you apply the top coat, and use the UV light, the top coat dries completely and immediately. It's also VERY shinney. So far, so good! I bought this color and several others so that I could get the gel look on my fingernails, but I forgot that you have to buy a base coat then you put this nail polish on and then you put the top coat. you can’t do any of that if you don’t get the little machine that has the bright light once you follow those steps you put in your hands when you do the basecoat bring your hand out then you put the color on make sure it’s even use a Little Nail file so that you don’t have access nail polish. then you go and you put your base coat on and then you put it into the little machine where it’s a bright color and it dries it up and it looks absolutely beautiful. This is absolutely worth the money and then some.

I have done my own gel nails for years and have tried various brands. This by far is one of the BEST BRANDS I have ever tried. I did my pedi 5 weeks ago, broke my foot and ankle (same leg) the day after I did my pedi. Had surgery, and here I am 5 weeks later without a SINGLE CHIP!! Don’t mond some of the bruising in the pic. I will be investing in many more colors from this brand. TOP NOTCH! 💯

My first attempt at using this nail polish without top coat was terrible. No matter how long I cured them under the UV, my nails still felt sticky. Within 24 hours the polish had all peeled off.After that experience, I ordered GAOY brand top coat hoping it would seal up that sticky feeling. After totally redoing my nails, this time adding the top coat, they finally came out dry. Maybe this is my fault, but I assumed the top coat was optional as it is sold separately.

My absolute favorite color to use. I got the milky pink & it’s a very soft classic nude pink color. Super easy to use & apply, once cured lasts me about 2-4 weeks depending. I usually do 2 coats & it’s still a bit see through so keep that in mind. Great price for what you get !

Two coats of this is perfect for the man who is trying to achieve the natural manicured look. Very natural color. Looks like my natural nail! If you want a really great natural looking nail, do two coats of this and then the GUAY matte coat and let me tell you... chef's kiss!

Black takes 4-5 thin coats for full opacity. Thicker coats wrinkle or bubble from improper curing. Ain’t got time for that

Okay this stuff is great!!!! Don’t judge my skills as this is only my second time doing my own nails but this stuff is super easy to do! It goes on perfectly, cures perfectly, and lasts weeks. You HAVE to make sure you prep your nails by buffing. You also have to make sure you’re not doing too thick of layers. I noticed the first time I did my nails, I did super thick layers on accident and it took forever to cure and they started peeling only after a week. These are going on 3 weeks!!I love this color especially. I’m more of a natural/nudes color girly and this color looks so clean and natural, I love it!!The color is sheer hot pink with 3 coats
