I purchased this for my boyfriend not knowing if he’d like it. He LOVES it. He’s used it everyday since it arrived. He especially likes the infrared feature.

I highly recommend this massage machine. I bought one for me and two more for my children. It is effortless to use. I spend hours in front of the computer so this machine helps my foot circulation. Same for my son and my grandson. It is lovely to come home from a long day at school or work and get a 5-minute massage in the comfort of your home. Relaxing. I highly recommend it as a holiday gift. I spend money on something that I don't regret. It has excellent value, it's easy to use and lasts forever if you treat it with care. You can use it for your feet and your hands also. How cool is that?

After purchasing this for myself to try and manage arthritis pain, I finally was able to get it set up and used it once. The one time I used it it was just okay. The vibration gets some mobility in your ankles and on a high speed, it does actually help a bit with breaking up nerve pain signals and tension. The infrared is nice and even gets a bit warm on higher settings.Unfortunately though, after one use, I went to use it again and the unit is making a horrible, high pitched squeaking noise on every speed and gets worse the longer it's on. I turned it off, made sure nothing was lodged in the hinge where the foot pad sits, nothing. At this point, the only value I see in it is the infrared mode, which is really unfortunate for the price paid for this machine.Very disappointed.

I like the fact that it has eight different settings for the infrared light & many levels for the vibration. It comes with a thick mat to help with the floor vibration. I find it easy to move if I have to and I have two shoulders that need a rebuild. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five stars is because the remote control is not working. When I went to go through the process of returning it it said they would send me another unit immediately and I have 30 days to return this one. I like the machine so much I haven’t done it yet. I can reach the Controls on the unit. I have tried and returned other machines like this. Just want to keep her for me.
