Q: Will these fit upper-elementary students?

Hi. I don't think so it would be too short and narrow. It measures 18.5" length x 13" at the widest section It's best for kids 4-7yr old.

Q: Would these fit kids 8-10 years of age?

I don't think so. It worked fine for my 6 year olds birthday party. All kids were 6 and one 7 year old. Fit pretty snug even though they are adjustable. I think it would be tight and short for the 8-10 year olds.

Q: Can we order them just in the color white?

Seems to only come in multicolor pack. there were no white included.

Q: I need them all in blue. Is that possible?

Sorry all the items we packed is of 24 pieces 12 color.
