The order came ahead of estimate. Everything in undamaged condition. Would have given 5 stars except 2/10 batteries were below expected voltage. I have found this to be very common unfortunately which is why I test all of them. Since the price was quite good relative to anything else I could find, I didn't bother with returns, or complaints, but I gave a 20% reduction in rating for 20% sub-par batteries.
