I just thought I would try a different magnesium
I actually didn’t need this, but I will try to get around to taking it before the expiration date. I’m sure it provides a useful result. I’m getting great results from magnesium glycinate!

You do get the amount pf capsules, but in a bigger bottle.
The media could not be loaded. The bottle size is the same, but if you buy the 30 capsules it will look like you got the wrong size, but I did got 30 capsules, just in a bigger bottle.

Hard plastic capsules prone to breaking.
Just like the photos show, these capsules break and are messy. They are a hard plastic capsule compared to the softer material used in the industry.
