Love These!
I melted some of these down with ChocZero Dark Chocolate Chips and mixed in NuTrail no sugar added Nut Granola (Cinnamon Pecan flavored), then spooned the mixture into a silicone mold and let harden. It made some delicious low sugar treats!

Damaged: Coagulated Cocoa Butter
I specifically ordered the cacao butter as wafers for the ease of individual pieces. However I received a melted and coagulated brick of cocoa butter instead. So obviously this cocoa product experienced some extreme heat to cause this. Previous cocoa butter I ordered did not have this issue.

Package of wafers melted together
With the ambient temperature outside my home in Las Vegas, Nevada not going over 80°F, I don't understand why my package of Cacao Butter wafers arrived melted and subsequently solidified. The result was very large 'CHUNKS' of solid Cacao Butter.

QUALITY TASTY and EXPENSIVE I wish it was cheaper, I would buy more if it was.
high quality, sometimes arrives melted into 1 chunk, doesn't bother me, but super expensive product.
