...And are easy to follow.Now, the visuals are pared down in this book. Just the ingredients, brief but solid instructions for preparation, and a black and white photo of the prepared dish. But that's how my older recipe books are, as well. So I wasn't bothered.But if you're looking for lots of full color photos of a detailed step by step process, then this isn't the book for you. I'm already experienced in Indian cooking and all I needed was recipes. So this book was exactly what I wanted!

The indian cuisine with its traditional influence of mughal cooks and enhanced by the North and South of India recipes is now we'll known internationally. We in Mauritius certainly relish it. This book covers the best recipes served in 5 star hotels for finsgourmets. Highly recommended. AnandT

I love Indian food. I would probably not know how to use or interpret this cookbook without already having studied and cooked Alamelu's Indian dishes from the create channel. I did have to Google many of the ingredients as they have different names, but I did enjoy the book because of the new recipes and the challenge.
