Every method is well explained

Book is good but it was sent by post and not through Amazon.Found some marks on the same.I will not buy from same seller, even delivery was very late.

If you are searching to know how to mediate what must be the process and benefits of meditation than this book is one stop solution...many scholars like osho,joe,sri sri etc have given the commentary on these technique..even budha used one of these technique to realise SELF...bhagavad Gita devoted one chapter specially for the breath technique. 🙏

Great book if you are into spiritual awakening.
