Q: Is it all enclosed or can the cat come and go as they please?

There are circular doors on 2 sides that can be zipped close or open and there is one whole side that can be zipped closed or open. You can keep the cat contained by zipping the doors shut or leave them open so it can come and go. The side that can be totally unzipped makes it easy to put a litter pan in there and to scoop.

Q: Received awning 2 poles but no awning. Where is the awning?

Hi... I bought this in early summer..... there is total of 4 poles, which you assemble into 2 long poles &.. they stretch over the main tent . there is only a small hammock that goes inside. There is no 'awning' over the tent.

Q: Do it have one or two zipper closer?

On one side it has a zipper that goes straight down from top to bottom and another zipper on the bottom that goes completely from side to side to open up one side completely. And it also has a small circular opening that has a zipper on it
