Don’t suggest to buy
It is not made for new born. I bought it for a new born, and it does not fit in newborn ears. I donot recommend to buy it.

Works well but me being so anal I also purchase ear bands to use with it.
Purchased for my grandchild because our family has history of ear problems. Seemed to work really well but as I wrote in my title I purchased ear bands to go over them.
