Good absorption: I started taking these about 2 to 3 years ago when my vitamin D level was very low, and my levels now stay within normal limits. Capsule is not too big, easy to swallow, and there is no taste.

It’s a good product but my doctor advised me to not take Vit K supplements as I don’t have any clotting risk factors.I purchased this same brand but only Vit D.

Great vitamin D
I didn’t know I needed to be taking vitamin D with the K2. I have always had low vitamin D. I’m 32 years old and a red head so I don’t get in the sun much. This is the first time my levels have been normal since starting this supplement. The taste is ok, but it is so worth it.
