Works well to help in getting to sleep
The only time-released Melatonin I know of and the only one with a biologically equivalent dose to what our bodies produce, so it's not going to be as likely to make your body stop producing it's own Melatonin. I have a severe sleep disorder and it really helps me get to sleep and to go back to sleep after I wake up several times per night.

Helps Me Get to Sleep Graceully
It's a great product. It helps me get to sleep peacefully and stay asleep for a little more than 6 hours. There are no aftereffects when you wake up in the morning.

Best I’ve found
Works so much better with time release. What so many people and DRs don’t know is that when you take too much melatonin it has the opposite effect. I went from 7 mg to this (about a 1/2 of a mg) and it works so much better.

Made me feel hung over
These made me feel hung over in the morning, usually with a mild headache. I did sleep good though.

Perfect Dose
This is the only melatonin that worked for me! Most other brands have unnecessarily high doses (in mg) when smaller doses (in mcg) are sufficient to achieve the desired effect.

Avoid extended release.
It prolongs side effects. Stick with regular melatonin and find right strength from that type that doesn’t have side effects after waking up.

Just what we needed.
Not constantly waking up every little while. Sleeping sound.Have to take regular dose to start with to get started, because this one doesn't release soon enough.Son who if he takes melatonin, it makes him so sleepy next day, can take it and he is getting better sleep, and longer.

Extended release actually KEEPS you asleep.
I believe that melatonin is incredibly over dosed. Plus even if it knocks you out, you'll have exhausting dreams with anything more than 1-2mg.Not so with timed release melatonin. And you'll be amazed how such a small amount KEEPS you asleep. It's glorious. I cycle between 300 and 750mg.Plus melatonin is a very powerful antioxidant so you can use the smallest dose as an antioxidant that actually crosses the blood-brain barrier. 👌
