Used these for hydration. They do work!

Nice flavour but weak
Nice flavour but weak - need too for standard sports bottle despite them being quite big tablets. Means they are expensive to get good concentration, despite being good hydration, flavour and easy on the stomach.

We have been using fast up for over a year so no issues so far, its difficult to tell if there are any real benefits with this as its difficult to measure. What I can say is that its easy and pleasant to take but in a year I have not had one cold or flu symptom, I feel that it does me good and I have had no side effects with any of the fastup products, so I'll continue taking these daily

Good taste but prefer chewable tablets.
