This product adds great flavor to all my meals. It’s a bit chunky in the container but breaks up easily and returns to a powder form. Easy to use, great size for the price. Great quality. Highly recommend

Plenty umami flavor with the salt.

It's a very fine powder. I bought it to make a mushroom bullion. The flavor isn't very powerful, though I am only comparing that to my expectation and not to other powders. That may just be how mushroom powders are. It is good and it dies have a mild umami flavor, but I haven't been able to coax a big mushroom flavor out of it.

Great for quick soup! Good taste! All natural, no preservative is my first choice of this product! No MSG to enhance taste! Just add a bit salt in if you need a little more seasoning! Good for sautéed or stir fry vegies too!

Had been looking for "mushroom pwd" for a long time . Had I known the product is Umama my quest would have not taken so long. A must have for stroganoff. Love it.

I like the taste of mushrooms, but I don’t love the texture. This is a nice way to add depth and richness to a recipe.
