Amazing Reflexology Thai Foot Massage Wooden X- Shape Massage Tool Thailand

I bought this on a whim a while ago. The foot massage use was awkward for me(but my knowledge of foot massage is quite limited). Today it suddenly clicked how I was supposed to use it. It is really good for searching out trigger points. It is a little counterintuitive. When a sore spot is so deep or tight it hurts your fingers using a small object is actually more accurate. You don't have to filter out the pain from your fingers from the pain in the spot.This is perfect for that. Each tip is shaped a little differently. The wood is dense and polished beautifully. I find myself reaching for it when I can't easily figure out exactly where something hurts.

Perfect for getting into those deep areas. Very easy to concentrate the pressure on a specific point without hurting my fingers. You have to first find the "divit" or pulse and then apply the tool. All I can say is that it saves my fingers, and I don't scratch my subjects with fingernails. Nice tool.

I admit didn't know this was shipping direct from thailand, but well work the weeks... wait, as a massage therapist i haven't found a tool i really love and find comfortable to use. I am crazy about this, very natural to hold, comfortable and turn and use different points.. me and my clients are happy.

the product is well made, it has 4 points, a small dumpy one, a hard point, a blunt point and a very blunt rounded thing. while you can find uses for this device and it does work, it's hard to hold. you don't quite know where to hold this thing because it's jack shaped. it doesn't fit in your hand that well at all. it's good for spot work because of the angle you can put some force down, even on your own neck. but it hurts my hand when i do that.

Having experimented with another plastic massager with ball points, I can say this this one isn't as sturdy and just seems really pointy.

I have bad feet. Period. I get massages regularly because my feet are in constant pain. I have at least a dozen tools at home for massage, but nothing seems to work to get deep into my feet like this. I have brought it with me to massages, and have used it myself. It makes it easier to get a lot of pressure without having to use a lot of force, so hands don't get tired. The different size "nubs" serve different purposes too. I like the pointy ones for my heels, while the rounded ones work best on the ball of my foot and arch.

Great quality. Beautiful wood. Smooth edges and strong. I love the the different angles of this tool. Can be used for TriggerPoints or any deep tissue technique too.

It looks fine and is a reddish color instead of brown in the picture. The product is fine and well put together.I gave it a four only due to confusion on shipping stating like a month or longer to be delivered and it arrived in 16 days from ordering from Thailand. Came undamaged by USPS in a plastic bag inside of shipping envelop.I would order from them again through Amazon.
