One set of hooks and three sets of eyes just like a “normal” bra.

Q: Do they have extenders?

If they do I’m not aware of them.

Q: Is this bra lined or padded at all?

It has a very small padding under each breast to create lift. Nothing that would add size. I am a 38 C and I love this bra!

Q: I am a 36G, what size should I get?

Maybe an XL? I wear a 38 and have this bra in L and do not have it on the smallest, or next-to-smallest hook (nor the largest -- this bra has 4). Returns are easy enough if Amazon is the shipper and you keep the packaging in good shape.
