not working for ankles
I tried it first time and for some reason I was not able to swim with it. I then used this on my wrist instead of ankles and that turned out very well. Basically, using this as a kickboard instead of a pullbuoy, i was able to focus much better on kicking properly.

Great Device!
Am thoroughly pleased with this device. Much better than a pull buoy between my thighs! Doesn't slip and no need to grip. Encourages core engagement. Works as a front float for kicking.
