I have purchased these cedar insoles a few times, and I must admit that I am mildly obsessed with them! They are the best solution I’ve found to smelly flats with pretty much no downside to speak of. For years I’d been walking around with stinky feet looking for an elegant solution to stinky flats. I’ve tried anti-odor sprays (ew) and no-show socks (so annoying), all with pretty meh results. Then I stumbled upon these insoles and they have worked wonders! I put them in all of my shoes that I wear a lot and want to wear without socks. These inserts even make it possible to wear cute flats with no socks when I travel and am walking many miles per day, without my boyfriend refusing to talk to me when I take my shoes off. They can be cut down to the perfect size (which I did when my size was sold out and I had to buy a full size larger), they are comfortable and don’t irritate my feet at all. I replaced the fabric insole in my Rothy’s shoes with these (which, by the way, stank to HIGH HEAVEN), and they completely solved the odor issue. It may seem pricey compared to other solutions, but it’s SO worth it. I use these constantly and replace them every few months. Stinky flats no more!

I’ve been using these for about a week and I absolutely love them, they instantly keep the smell down after using my shoes all day long and the humidity within was also lowered. They leave your feet with a wonderful cedar scent so to those who love nature it’s a big plus. They are thin and light so they go in with no problem and they are comfortable once you walk in them for a few minutes. A little strange at first given you are walking on wood and not foam or rubber or gel insoles that shoes regularly come with.

I would say pricey, but worth it. This is my second order. These provide superior odor control, are very comfortable and have a kind of "cool factor," compared to the standard foam inserts. Yes, they are somewhat pricey, but they last a good long while so I would still recommend.

I have used these for 2 days so far and my feet feel soft and smell clean. I suffer from sweaty feet and I wear my shoes with confidence now. I do not know how these work but I can say they are working. These are the perfect fit and yes my feet feel slightly damp but there is absolutely no odor. The difference is incredible. I only wish that I would have known about these earlier because I have missed so many social events due to my feet. And I have had some embarrassing moments due to my shoe odor. Thank you! I am a customer for life. I will not be buying expensive shoes every 2 months anymore.

Purchased the item twice. The first batch was amazing. Prevented stickiness and kept shoes fresh perfectly. Second batch was terrible— first two sets of insoles splintered and fell apart within a couple days each and did not do their job because of this.Don’t know whether this is a quality control issue or what. Will try the final set of insoles with a pair of gel pads on top— though this obv wasn’t necessary before.

I was hopeful but didn't expect that I would ABSOLUTELY FALL IN LOVE with these insoles (which is what has happened). I just ordered more in bulk so I have them for all of my shoes. These are thin enough that you don't notice you are wearing them, but for flats, booties, oxfords - any shoe that you want to wear in the summer without socks, these are incredible and amazing. My feet stay dry, my shoes stay fresh. No more "swamp foot" or shoes that you have to throw away after a couple of months because they just reek from being worn constantly without socks. I am not kidding. At first I thought the price was more than I really wanted to pay when I bought the first pair, but after experiencing how well they work, I consider them priceless. (Priceless may be a stretch, but they are for sure worth every penny.) As I mentioned, I just bought a six-pack so I have them for all of my shoes. I am a true believer in Zederna insoles and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

Smell ok but never dry out. Tons of moisture beneath. Couldn’t figure out why boots were damp inside but it was like a pool in my boot. Eww

I have hot, sweaty feet especially when I wear shoes with rubber soles. These insoles absorb the moisture and make wearing these shoes tolerable. They also help with athlete's foot. This is a very thin layer of cedar veneer, therefore it is stiff when opened. However, they quickly conform to the shoe after wearing them. I trim with scissors for an exact fit.
