It says take 2 up to 3 times a day. I wanted to see how I did with them first so I took one last night and one this morning and noticed a huge difference. Before even with loratadine and nasacort my throat would be so itchy all day and night, but today I forgot to take loratadine, used nasacort and was still itchy so I took just one of these and feel completely better. My nose is still runny but my throat isn’t itchy which is the main thing I was hoping these would help with. Very happy with these, above expectations for sure!

These work great! My husband and I have noticed a difference taking these. BUT they are huge. After I take them they always feel like they are stuck in my throat. The pills are just massive. I wish they were smaller and could just take 3.

My daughter takes these and she suggested to my sister to try it. After taking it less than a week, she made comments to me that her allergies were really acting up... her face and eyes were itching and she wasn't feeling right. One day we were out eating and I could see her eyes looked a little swelled and she kept rubbing on her face. So I told her to go to the bathroom and get a wet paper towel and wipe her face off. She felt a little better after that. But she stopped taking it then and she never had any more itching or problems.There is an ingredient- I'm not sure the name cz I don't have it in front of me... bee populus or something? I think that's what she was allergic to. So whoever buys this- just be aware if you might be allergic to any of the ingredients. And if you do have any kind of reaction- stop taking it. My daughter has no problem taking it.

I had high hopes for this supplement as a natural alternative for my persistent sinus and allergy issues. I followed the instructions and took 2 large capsules, 2 to 3 times per day, and I even finished the entire bottle. Unfortunately, I experienced no relief at all—not even a placebo effect. I’ve tried so many different allergy medications over the years, and I was really hoping this would be the one that worked. In the end, I had to return to using my Flonase nasal spray just to breathe easier. It’s a shame, because I truly wanted to find something more natural.
