Recently I had travelled to Kolhapur and tasted the famous Indrayani aromatic rice in one of the restaurant and liked it. Hence once back, I had ordered this with the same expectation of highly aromatic rice as given on Aazol brand. However when cooked, except for the stickiness part, the rice lacked any aroma (zero aroma!) at all. For the price I have paid, this is absolutely ripping and tarnishing the name of Indrayani rice. I would never order any products from Aazol due to the mismatch of what they have advertised and actual taste. Waste of money!!

If you use Annapurna leaves also known as Pandan leaves in English, also referred to as screwpine leaves the rice would smell even better than this. Buy this if you don't get above mentioned leaf nearby.
