Better than the other brown rice vinegar I tried.
I did not know that black vinegar is simply brown rice vinegar, but no matter. It's better than Eden's brown rice vinegar because it has no salt added and it will make an acceptable substitute for apple cider vinegar, which I'm allergic to.

The real thing
Really good authentic old fashion brewed soy sauce. This is from one of the few brewers in Japan that still makes it the old fashion way hence the price. You don’t want to cook with it save it for special dishes where you really want to savor the flavor.
