Tired of fighting contaminants..
This does not gel as well as food grade agar. FYI you might have to adjust your recipe. I normally us 10 gm agar to 500ml distilled water but adjusted 15 g to 500ml..still very soft. I did, however, enjoy less tension re:purity.
