The recipient, a cook of god standing is delighted with them, I'm awaiting an invitation next year!

These are heavy duty and large.Ideal for shish and larger items.However the edges were sharp and had to smoothed off with a file and emery cloth.

These are wide, heavy skewers and just what Ive been looking for.They are perfect for Turkish Adana style kebabs.

Good quality

Build quality looks really good. Was just what I was looking for. They come in a carry case that's not the strongest and with them having a fair bit of weight to them and a pointed end I can see the bag breaking. To be honest that don't bother me.Will be looking to test them this week but over all very happy with them.

Even though the dimensions are acurate and listed in the description you don't realise how substantial these skewers are until you get them and put them to use. The are very sturdy, durable and perform really well for the job they do. Used them 6 or 7 times now over charcoal and they have been flawless, very easy to clean as well.

I actually wanted shorter skewers but they just aren't available so I purchased these and had them cut down to the size I wanted. They are so thick it was hard to cut them down.
