The cut of this brief was in a familiar men's bikini style, where the waistband sat about 2" below my navel. The seat of this brief was full, so if you are planning on wearing panties over it, I would suggest grabbing the thong variant, so less of this brief will show underneath. A high cut panty will also help hide this brief from showing underneath.The padding in the front gave a positive body image for me and was comfortable when tucking me in. As I ordered a small (the smallest size, and the correct size for my body), I can't say whether other's advice of grabbing a size smaller helped with the tuck, but I couldn't imaging going any smaller than I had. I wouldn't recommend this for someone seeking a really tight, flat tuck, but the positive body image was my primary goal, and it delivered.For other people who say that this feels like wearing a diaper or cup, I think there is some truth to that. You can feel the padding holding you in, but I kind of found that sexy.The lace in the front was a small, sexy touch and much appreciated. It Added enough of a feminine accent that I felt comfortable wearing these by themselves.I wouldn't mind seeing a higher cut variant of this product, with more lace and feminine accents, for a closer panty-like cut, but overall, I was extremely happy with these!

This is a great find! I have found out that it is better to size down 1 size. For best results, I push the berries up and in, then tuck my twig down and back. It is not as critical to go super tight as the padded front sort of cups the twig and provides some comfort space.I can get a very clean smooth silhouette with just a hint of a mons even in a tight pencil skirt or leggings.Construction is good quality along with the material.

The idea is ok, but the sizes are off. I got a medium and it's to large. I started chaffing and got like a heat rash from wearing this. I need a smaller size the undies are to loose.UPDATE SINCE LAST REVIEWI haven't wore the gaff since. It made me break out with a rash and the chaffing was a nightmare. Going to return

Not a bad panty. Not really a gaff. When I see the term gaff I think of an undergarment that helps keep you tucked. These don't really serve that purpose. The crotch is loose enough that you will slip forward. What these do have is padding that hides your outline. Not much of a fan of the labia padding since it is a bit bulky and feels like a bunched diaper in my personal opinion. They do work fine in tight garments, but not as well in loose outfits. As I said, you tend to slide forward as you move and this can create an odd bulge for looser garments. Great for tight jeans, or tights though.Pick your outfit wisely for this one because it is not all purpose everyday wear.

I like to take long fast paced walks or do yard work and it's in South Florida so, I wear shorts. Men's shorts always cover the thigh and I don't like that it gets all sweaty and it feels like it cuts into my stride. I couldn't find jogging shorts but women's gym shorts, yoga shorts, or cut off daisy dukes are nice. I have found that women discreetly look my crotch and I decided to try and tuck it back with this product. It will chafe a little after awhile but it's effective.I think real light but tight elastic might be better though.

comfort no no no no , you will not be able to stand its poor fitting , a novelty at best . say at a party a gag gift to you trans friend or a closet dresser . I'm coming up on my first year HRT ,I really don't see the need , Its just not that important . If your concerned about your junk size maybe give it a try . now hormones have made that part very easy to hide . Give your Meds time to work for you . If your worried what an onlooker may think then yes guess this is for you . not what I see as a problem .

To start, this product does not have sizes for smaller individuals. I have a 26” waist and 36” hip and the smallest size is too big for tucking purposes. It works if I’m wearing it on top of a gaff or other tucking underwear for the appearance which helps with dysphoria. The actual appearance is very subtle and doesn’t stand out very well with baggier clothing, but works for tighter clothes such as leggings.The packaging was not at all discreet. It was as pictured in the images shown with a window clearly showing underwear and a very thin wrapping. It was easy to tell what it was just by looking at it. Very poor choice of packaging. The actual product has an okay construction, but doesn’t seem like it’ll hold up to heavier use.Overall not impressed and won’t purchase again.

Product is GREAT, flattens and smooths out any bulge and doesn’t require you to have to tuck. Sizing is small, so order one size bigger than normal.I was also able to wear this with capris to go running on a 4-mile run and did not rub or irritate. Would recommend to not wear all day, however, as it can cause irritation if using very active throughout the day.
