My wide feet that have a bunion and pronate are very comfortable in these for full days of garden work. The sole is sturdy enough that I can use a shovel, the rubberized trim keeps my feet from getting dew-soaked in the morning, and the fabric has a tight enough weave to keep dirt out so my feet are not dirty at the end of the day. Unlike garden clogs, these do not make my feet sweat and they clean up beautifully in the washing machine.Sizing - I measured my foot and bought according to the size chart. The shoes fit my bare foot perfectly - - BUT they are too snug even with thin tabi socks. My experience suggests sizing up if you plan to wear tabi socks with them.The only other downside is because I wear them without socks, they are not particularly warm. I noticed it when I was outside on a cement walk and the bottoms of my feet got cold.I'm thinking about a second pair in a larger size so I CAN wear my tabi socks with them on colder days.

This purchase was a gift. I didn’t quite know what to expect because I’d never heard of or seen these until my grandson requested them. They exactly what he wanted.

I will definitely buy more. It is comfortable and nice to walk outside as well. Enough protection and great flexibility allows my feet to have as much movement as possible. Just what I needed.

They arrived sooner than expected, and came in an authentic Japanese shoe box. That was a nice touch. The fit was a little small, but I am not sure if that is necessarily at fault of the product, or because my toes are especially long. So if you have long toes, I would get a slightly larger size to accommodate. Otherwise, the quality is impressive. The fabric is nicely woven and does not feel cheap. They have good grip on the soles. The latching for the shoes is on the inside of the ankle. There are only to options to tighten or loosen. So if you have bigger ankles or calves, you definitely want to take that into consideration when picking your size. It will latch all the way up your ankle. I was not able to fasten the top latch, but it did not affect my wear. Still, regardless of the sizing issues, I do not find that a fault. Just something to be aware. The quality is overall great and I love the product. They look great as well. I did not want a busy shoe, and these have the simple look I desired.

i was looking for tabi shoes that i used to use in hawaii it looks just like those but they dont have the flap in the back with the fastners i was interested in the tabi shoes that are used for the beach they are exactly like those but the upper half is like a sock and you slip them on your feet same split toe design im truely looking for those type of tabis would be greatly appreciated if i can be directed to those type of shoes if possible the flap in the rear allows sand and dirt to enter the shoes and is very uncomfortable to be steppeing on sand and small rocks thanks so much other then that the shoes are nice for regular walking non beach use

The media could not be loaded. My son loves them! He wore them for his Kaname Tosin Cosplay and won! We added a lil white tape that came off real easy after the fact. The toes were a lil tight, but he had been jumping around all day, so it was expected.

These tabi shoes were exactly what I was looking for. They are thin, comfortable and lightweight.

Amazing, i use them as house shoes sometimes.
