Q: does this come with a charging cable

No. All you need is a charging block. The watch band pulls off one end and it fits in the block. I usually charge mine with my car charger

Q: Is it normal that the device disconnects after a while of usage, is there a limit it stays on?

If all is well, it will stay connected for an hour. If all is not well, you’ll be reconnecting constantly. I think it sometimes get interference from other Bluetooth devices you may be using nearby.

If it's has the newest update yes it can

Q: How many devices can this connect to. I know one of these can actually do two at a time

It can only be configured for one device at a time. Having said that, changing between devices is pretty quick and easy.
