We bought the TOTO toilet when we redid our 1/2 bathroom. This will be our second TOTO - we installed the first one in the full bathroom we redid years ago. The best toilet ever! The pressure, the flow, and the quiet functionality are great. Both of them are “comfort height”. We recommend that to everyone!

I remodeled my bathroom in June and chose this toilet based on the recommendation of a bathroom design showroom. First, I was disappointed when it arrived because the round bowl looked like it was smaller than most, almost like a child-sized toilet. By about October, it seemed that the toilet was clogged. Multiple weeks and three plumbers later, it was clear that the drain line was clear, but the toilet was either malfunctioning or designed in such a way that it clogged internally very easily. I have now just purchased a new toilet and replaced it, so the toilet is finally functioning. Do not waste your money on this one!!!

This is the best flushing toilet in our house! And, it stays clean longer because it rinses itself! I bought it to replace a toilet that didn't flush well. So finicky! I tried several different adjustments. Still finicky. After doing some research, I found this! It flushes great! Now the other 2 toilets in our house seem inferior. Eventually, I might replace them. If you get a good one, you'll be happy! If you get a broken one, just send it back and get a good one. Mine was well packaged! It showed up in excellent condition. Plenty of packing foam. I gave it a couple of months before I reviewed it. So far so good. Very happy!

I just just installed two of these toilets; one round and one elongated. We were weary of toilets that needed to be flushed multiple times and still not doing the job, so after a little research decided on the TOTO tornado flush units. Very pleased. They do the job! Only downside is they do not have 2 stage flushing.Both came well packed with no breakage. Deliveries varied from original promise dates, but that was just a minor inconvenience for us. One came two days early the other 6 days late.Make sure to order everything you need: such as the wax ring or bottom seal, supply line, compression ring (if using metal supply line), and toilet seat if not included. Both toilets installed easily. Tools I used were socket wrench, flat screwdriver, open end wrench, channel locks, putty knife, disposable gloves. I prefer chromed brass supply lines, so I also used a tubing cutter and a tubing bender.

This toilet is fantastic as far as performance. It uses the same amount of water as my other toilets but has almost twice the flush and much easier to clean because of the vortex technology. It doesn't use those tiny sprinkle holes that are a nightmare to clean and often clog. It has one giant point of entry.Only thing I would beware of is that the bowl will often come cracked from shipping. First round delivered the bowl in a pile of shards I kid you not. Returning this heavy load was not a pleasant experience. Second round delivered the bowl whole but had a few shards glued together. Barely noticeable on delivery but noticeable over time, the cracks show up dark, so you get this nice big crack line all across your bowl.

We've had many poopers in the house and this one seems by far the best. While others are hard to clean, stain or are just gross after a couple of years this one seems to have stood up the test of time. The bowl is easy to clean and we LOVE the way it actually flushes EVERTYHTING. No floating toilet paper or random bits that need flushed a few times. Can't wait for the others to break.

I bought this toilet from Amazon. The first one was received in small pieces due to Toto's packaging. I returned that for a replacement. The replacement was losing water from the bowl which I didn't think was a significant problem. A plumber told me there was a leak in the trap. Toto acted like they were interested in replacing the toilet. After numerous messages and pictures sent to Toto, they did nothing. I will never buy that product again.
