I had bought this product because my car's ac is having issues cooling the car down. This company seemed reputable and so many other products have reviews claiming issues with the coupler. However, when I received the product and went to hook it up to my car I was very upset because the high side coupler was broken and would let out tons of freon as soon as you tried to connect it. Low side connected just fine. Had to buy new coupler to get it to work.Update-6-14-2022 changing my rating to 5 stars because seller reached out to me and wanted to make things right due to the coupler being broken. They informed me they would speak with their parts department to make sure issue would be resolved moving forward and helped get me my money back for the new couplers I had to buy. Seller is truly focused on providing a great customer experience

Gets the job done

The high-pressure valve handle broke into three pieces and the high-pressure coupler failed releasing freon and pag oil from the system. I hope there is a fix for this as it could be dangerous to the user. Beyond those two problems, the gauges work as they should.

Had to return two sets neither high side quick connect would stay attached the quick connection is defective. Buy something else. Everything that came in the red container was just thrown in the box nothing is snug and secure like it looks in the pictures

Always just used the cheap gauge to recharge cars till it started leaking badly. These make the job easier and the instructions are right, use a towel when you take off the yellow hose.

Love the convenience of the magnetic connection.

I bought this to charge the A/C on my 2012 Ford Expedition. I was able to charge my A/C but had some obstacles. The high side port decoupler does not fit the Ford Expedition high side port. The 3 foot hoses are not long enough if you have a full size truck or SUV. They don't reach the ports if you hang the gauges from the hood latch. Otherwise, I had no issues.
