This toothbrush is so good, it doesn’t damage your gums. It not too hard nor it’s not too soft. At first it will seem a bit hard but after one or two use it get soft perfect for your gums.

These toothbrushes are extra firm and they definitely fit the description. After brushing, my teeth feel clean, which sounds dumb to say, but it's so true. They come in a rainbow of 6 colors. I'm happy with the purchase.

I love a hard toothbrush. I don't smoke but drink a lot of coffee and tea. They do help to remove stains. The bristles are very firm, you can soften them up with hot water before use.I feel soft and medium toothbrushs don't do much.

They are definitely firm! I like that. They seem to wear out pretty quickly and lose their firmness but I have a handful of them so it's fine I suppose.

It's hard to find extra firm tooth brushes these days. I use them for cleaning tight spaces and cracks around the home.

Bought them for the following reasons:- I needed something with harder brush for better cleaning. Those are great and not too hard, so very balanced overall.- I was tired of electrical toothbrush with a small head. These brush have a much larger head so I can put more tooth paste and have a better cleaning.- also I need something for travel. Manual toothbrush are perfect for that.Great purchase.

The firmness of the bristles is not "extra" firm but definitely firm. The problem is, that after just a 3weeks it goes to medium/soft. And the grip is kinda weird.... as I brush my hand starts to slide upward and then I loose my grip. I like the colors but not sure if I'll purchase again. I'll decide after I try another brush.
