Simply Amazing - Great for Motorcycles
Let me state first that I unfortunately had to return these due to connection issues (as far as i can tell, due to a bad item)I will regret returning them, they are amazing headphones on their own.As for the review itself, the only "negative" I can give these is that the cables are a little long but that's fixed with a little tape.Connection wise, they're very good if you have a phone with good bluetooth connectivity, the battery is amazing and the earbuds are very low profile, if you put a set offoam earbuds instead of silicon, they block sound amazingly well AND fit inside any motorcycle helmet. Great for motorcyclist that want to block out wind noise and hear a bit of music while still being able to hear better than any other car on the road.I've tested these on my own motorcycle and until I had issues, they never dropped or even skipped on the freeway. The controls are intuitive and easy to learn. The sound profile: I used to be an audiophile and these are very pleasing, aside from being very comfortable to wear, at the lowest volume you can still feel the beats of your music, nothing is drowned out and everything is clear imo.If I see these on sale, used I will definitely pick it up again.

Not functioning when arrived; mediocre customer support for return.
The box looked pretty cool, but was ultimately a bit confusing as to how to open. In the box, one ear bud had a wing attached to it; the other did not. That made it seem as though Amazon was shipping me a returned product, but I realized there were cut outs in the foam for that configuration. The instructions did not explain that.Anyway, once I opened the box and charged the device, it paired fairly easily to my iPhone Xs. The sound quality was low and the volume was very low. I tried to raise the volume with the ear buds, but the up volume button did nothing. I raised the volume from my phone, and while I could hear it was not at a comfortable volume. The down volume button on the device did work.I looked for customer service contact information from the materials enclosed. Those instructions in the box said not to contact the retailer but to contact them directly and included an email address. I there did not contact Amazon but sent an email with all the necessary information: the serial number, what wasn't working, when and where I purchased the device and my contact info. The next day I got an email telling me to fill out a form on line with the same information that had been in my email.I did so. Their system then generated a PDF that the instructions told me to print and send back with the device. The problem was that the PDF, on my phone, did not appear complete (part was cut off) and there was no apparent way to email myself the PDF to print. Their system also did not give me free shipping, although the warranty said return shipping is included.I called the 800 number. The gentleman was very nice. He told me I could simply include the requested information on a piece of paper and did not need to print their PDF. I had to ask him about return shipping and he said that once I emailed him proof of purchase, he'd send free shipping details. I did so and he did so. The return label he sent was for UPS ground. That's annoying because I'd received the device via Amazon Prime. Today is March 6. Let's see how long this takes....

Not quite.... perhaps version 2.
First let me start off by saying these Bluetooth ear buds sound very, very good. As a musician, I know good music when I hear it. These buds are well tuned and can rival some hi res wired ones. The lows/bass bang very well with the appropriate ear tips. As Val would say, the fit is the sound. The mids are clear and highs are crisp. With all that being said, I returned it simply because the buds just hangs from those extremely thin wires coming from the traplock to the buds itself. I'm sure the traplock is extremely durable being that it's made with titanium. I just think the bud wires are just a hard snag away from getting torn from the rest. All V-moda products are well made as I have had a couple of their other headsets for years now with no complaints. I do wish the forza metallo wireless were retractable or magnetic to have a little peace of mind for the investment even with the immortal life. These forza metallo wireless are not cheap so perhaps I think that would help in the future.

They are decent
Fits well, nice sound quality but the wires are a bit too long.

Darn Good Headphones
For the seller, the product came with everything, nice and pristine, as expected. As for the product itself, it had short jolts while listening to music every once in a while initially, but now I don't experience that much anymore. The whole neck assembly is awkwardly long for wireless headphones, and I wouldn't suggest working out with these, as the neck band falls off easily if doing situps or anything of the like. Music quality? AMAZING (for my non audiophile ears). V-Moda has excellent music quality, and I'm always impressed with their products. Overall, the Forza Metallo Wireless earbuds are a great product.
