Replacement DVR
The replacement dvr worked perfectly, i took the hard drive out of the old one and put in the new one not knowing the problem was the power plug and now I have 2 dvr which I'll keep the old one as backup.

App needs an update
Electric surge caused our old one to go out so we had to re order. My only issue is the app doesn't work unfortunately . It won't connect to WiFi or even pick it up

Working Great for now
Works great for now, but this is my 3rd one (Zosi) in 4 yrs. Easy setup & Great picture but hesitant on it lasting more than 2 yrs.

Yes, the product keeps rebooting and rebooting and no picture than a picture and then no pictures
I bought one of these two years ago three years ago it worked fine and now it’s just just rebooting itself. I bought another one which I’m sending it back and doing the same thing I thought because of the box was bad you guys gotta do something about your DVR they don’t work right I did for a while.
