So here's how it works for all the D'Adamo acolytes out there... I'm an A blood type, basically consigned to vegetables and vegetable protein for a healthy method to eat. Low calorie diets are technically suicide for A blood type because our bodies are flooded with cortisol, which is great in the Middle Ages for diseases of that time, but murder on a body in the 21st century. I use this with the Kirkland Signature costco organic soy milk and the Trader Joes Strawberry Lemonade as a sweetener. Does it turn an eerie green once mixed? Yes, but that's technically how you know you stirred it correctly. It gets clumpy otherwise. The taste is somewhere between Carnation Instant breakfast and Ice Cream, it really is that tasty!The only downside of this formulation is what happens if you let it sit too long or worse let it dry without washing out your shaker cup. The smell of rotting soybeans is very ungodly, corpse-like. Do yourself a favor and wash your gear that touches the mixture well. Mainly the reason for the one star off.Bottom line, if you are a D'Adamo follower and looking for the A type solution, this is top notch. Just wash your cup and you are golden.
