So good. I love the little kick you get from the Romano cheese and it's so good sprinkled over pasta or lasagna. I think since I'm such a fan of Romano it tastes so much better than the brands with just Parmesan. Of course it's not as good as freshly grated but this is great for convenience and accessibility. Doesn't require any time to prepare and is so handy. Would recommend.
