Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G 128GB Graphite Unlocked (Renewed)

This item was purchased for my wife who's Samsung S8 (yes, I know), finally gave up and packed in and as such, required a new phone. Like myself, my wife isn't that bothered about how modern or up to date her phone is, as you can tell by someone who has a Samsung S8 for so long. With that in mind, she found this phone through a search on Amazon and having read about the phone, and the reviews online in Amazon, she was really happy to order this one. I can't stress enough how pleased she has been with phone since she received it and got it set up. From the reviews being on the money for her, to the time she waited to receive it and her pleasure in getting the phone up and running and setup ready to use, she has been really pleased with pretty much everything associated with her experience. The phone arrived in a well packaged box safely stored within another well packaged box and in store bought quality. The added benefit of a charging cable and plug plus the complimentary phone case only made her more happy that she had made this choice. As we understand it, this is from a new and small business and based on what we have experienced, I would certainly be looking to purchase another Samsung S21 FE from them. The small things like the little thank you note in the box and the complimentary phone case, lead both us to believe they truly have the customer and their experiences at the forefront of what they do, and needs to be commended and recognised accordingly. We not only would wholeheartedly recommend this phone, but would also recommend the business who we purchased this from. A great job all round. A brilliant product, fantastic value and superb customer experience.

The phone looks just like any other new phone. It was a premium refurbished phone. So good I bought one for my wife too.

The phone was delivered quickly and is in perfect condition. It was even charged ready for set up and came with the essentials (charging cable, sim pin) which was a bonus.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The phone arrived on time I charged the phone and set it up then had to recharge the phone again. Even when not using the phone the battery runs out in about 4 hours. Above 30 mins if using the phone. I've tried to contact the seller but it's automated and not given options to sort the problem

Prompt delivery. The item was as advertised and in excellent order. It even included quite a reasonable case.

Phone arrived a day earlier than expected, which was impressive.On unpacking, I found the phone well packaged & with a new charger included.The phone itself had very minor scratches on the bottom & side but it looked new.When I switched it on, the battery was 80% full.I've given it to someone as a present & he is really happy.Would I be buying another from the seller? A big YES! In fact, I think I'll buy two or three more.
