Very strong and useful
love this little magnet. I use it to keep a screen door closed and it works great. I had a problem with strong storms whipping my screen door (closed by a spring) opened from the high winds but the winds don't stand a chance against this magnet. I don't understand some of the bad reviews saying how weak it is unless they received defective ones. I need hand tools to pry the catch apart.Disclaimer: I DID NOT receive this item at a discounted rate, I paid the full going price at the time of purchase and my review was NOT influenced in anyway (feel I should make this disclaimer these days).

Up grade mailbox lid
Excellent way to upgrade your giant mailbox so the lid doesn't keep dropping open! Yes you have to drill a hole or two but it works well.

Not for RV
Pretty strong, however not strong enough for RV use. Easy to install. Make sure they are only about 1/8 " apart when installed or they won' t work reliably.

Perfect amount of hold
I use this to secure a second gate on the side of my house. The second gate (wood) doesn't need to latch, but needs to stay shut to keep the dogs away from the main gate at the front. This has the right amount of hold to keep the gate closed even in windy weather.

Magnetic door holder stopper
The magnet is strong, and does a very good job holding the door open.Had to cut out a thin piece of wood to place between the metal part and the floor, because the door was shaved a bit too much from the bottom, so the magnets weren't lining up, though even when reaching half of the magnet, it still firmly held the door in place.

These magnets are strong with the force.
I used these magnets for a secret project in my studio. I have panels that float in place - held fast by these magnets. Pull on the panel and they pop right off - the rest of the time the sit snuggly in place as designed.This is two pieces - the bracket with the magnet and a metal plate. Just in case you are wondering what sticks to what.I purchased these after getting a set from the local home depot that were anemic - these did the trick perfectly!
