Price per serving is more than fair.Energy after absorption is great! Easy to swallow, for me.I do not recall a taste or smell. Smells like B-Complex? LOL. I love the smell.They work wonderfully and Solgar is my brand!

Am a huge believer in the B vitamin family of supplements. This is a consistent product, and for me, has been a reliable source for my B complex daily dose. I had used the B100 but am happy to report the 50 has given me the same consistent results. Having had painful issues with gout has motivated me to use only wheat germ free products. I’ve tried other brands that didn’t seem to do anything but this one I noticed a bit of a difference.

The B complex capsules work great, a little sticky to swallow, but I've got a very dry throat and mouth. The major problem is that when adding item to cart, one delivery date is promised if ordered by a particular time, and then AFTER payment is made, the shipping is now 2 to 3 weeks later, this is not the only item that this has happened with either. It is a dishonest practice!
