Didn't come with enough hose for install but can splice original hose and add to make it work. I saw this comment on several reviews

JLT Oil Separator 3.0
I bought this for my 05 Chrysler 300C w/5.7 good product for the money. Only complaint is that the instructions didn’t match to my car, and I had to go to my local auto parts store and buy longer rubber hose than what was supplied

Had to replace the hose
The long hose wasn't long enough. Had to purchase a length of hose to install it.

It works!
After adding a supercharger, this is a must. Wow, I had no idea how much oil my intake was gagging on until I added this little device. I had to mod it just a bit to clear the SC but it was easy enough; a longer bolt and I used a galvanized pipe as a spacer in order to move it farther forward. I used one hose from this kit and one from the SC to make everything work.

Pretty nice
I didn’t have to right hook ups so I just cut my stock hose and just hooked it up with those but other than that it was easy too install and I’m pretty satisfied with the outcome
