Hi, my size 32, but I'm 193 cm height. I bought XL and it's OK for me.

Q: Do these ride up on your legs?

No way brother, they are kinda baggy at the bottom but hug your hips like your dancing and getting close with someone under the moon like. They are made out of stretchy fabric, I got dropped so bad the other day yet my legs were noticeable warm and comfortable. This might be the concussion but these shorts are a go!
