Great product!
I needed this dispenser for sanitary reasons and it works great. It was easy to install (does not include screws), the motion detection works flawlessly and the paper doesn't jam. It's quieter than I expected!The only drawback for this dispenser is the design of the paper towel holder which requires to have the plastic tube insert, those paper towels are expensive. Other types of paper towel without the plastic tube slips off of holder. I can't afford to buy those expensive paper towels and are more difficult to find in stores so I modified the holder's right arm by taping 3 disposable shot cups. It has been working with no problems!

There is nothing "commercial" about these toys – hard pass
Do the sensors which cause paper towels to be dispensed work? Not so much. Does the "move the nearly depleted roll to the bottom spindle for continuous service" do anything other than get jammed and waste paper? Most definitely. Do these dispensers require you to purchase proprietary expensive rolls of GP paper towels which are never available locally? Oh heck yeah. Should you buy this product if you actually need something to dispense paper towels? Absolutely not. I kinda thought a name brand like GP would be the way to go, but am I smart enough to choose automatic paper towel dispensers? Guess not.

Works as expected
This installed and works as expected. I have the same complaint as others. If you use other brand towels you have to install a roll support on the right side or the roll falls down. Install a long larger size screw at the top right side roll support and the problem is solved.

Easy to install & saves you from wasting paper towels
Easy to install & lessens waste of paper by dispensing one length at a time. The instructions for loading the rolls took some time to figure out.

FRUSTRATING!!!
Will not hold full roll of towels .I put a 3/4 inch piece of sch 40 1/2 pvc pipe in right side holder works great but why?
