Don't buy from Marks Electricals
We got a faulty item there was a split in the drainage hose and clips for the baskets damaged and missing inside. The damage to the hose was only discovered when I did a test run and the machine began to drain and started spraying water all over the wall and floor which has now run under my wooden laminate!!! There was no response from the follow up from us and no support, complete breach of consumer rights and trading standards regulations. If attempting to send it back to Amazon it has to go back into its original packaging which anyone who has ever bought a dishwasher knows this is impossible as the majority of the packaging is plastic which you have to cut open in order to get the dishwasher out and it also said that if not returned in perfect condition I would only receive a deemed % of my money back, but I didn't receive it in perfect condition in the first place so what I only get 50% of my money back for sending back faulty received goods??? I had wondered why Amazon had introduced this new warranty system and it appears it is there in order to do over anyone who doesn't take it!!! I believe that Marks Electricals are sending out refurbished items and or factory seconds but once you've got the item you're completely stuffed if its faulty. Buy at your own peril you have been warned.
