The faucet itself is good. It look very good. The copper connection to valve is not very solid, may not withstand rough handling. I spent 5 hours to install it. Most of time is to dissemble the old faucet, big mistake, I finally cut the old one off. The old one is a Kohler, very solid compare to nowaday faucet, even those made in USA. It lasted 25 years, previous owner might used some hash chemicals, the finish is damaged. Since it is there for 25 years, many screws just rust together. can not be unscrewed. I do not like new faucet quick connections, hot water side comes off twice, the third time I inserted to the position. This might be an user error, I consider myself quite handy, I still made this mistake. The sink is plastic, so I do not use too much force, since plastic can not handle stress as well as metal. the sink cover is also plastic, I do not know how well it will withstand everyday use. The top sink part is plastic and quite thick, so it will prevent water from complete draining, I used some silicon chalk, to fill the void, so less water can accumulate. Thin metal sink does not have this problem, very little water will remain and can evaporate, so there will be no mildew growing there.

We remodeled our bathroom during quarantine and have been pleased with this beautiful faucet for exactly a year, until recently it started to drip hot water. My husband couldn't find a washer in the hot water knob, so we had to shut it off and on from under the sink to stop the drip. I messaged the seller to ask if we could purchase just another hot water knob as we didn't want to have to buy another whole set. The seller responded quickly that they would send a replacement knob free of charge and we received it today! The faucet is working properly again, (<5 minute install) and we couldn't be happier with this company, their awesome customer service and this awesome product! We will definitely purchase other products from them in the future!

Plumber said that the kit contained everything he needed, therefore I didn't get charged for any additional parts needed for the install. Haven't used it much yet, but it seems to be good quality. Looks very nice too. The pop-up drain also has a hair catcher on it. Nice feature.

I wanted a Victorian style faucet and I chose this 8” faucet after seeing it on Amazon. It has the pop up drain rather than the manual pull and the 6-8” spacing allows for easy cleaning because you can get your hands between the faucet and handles. I got the shiny stainless steel faucet and it looks amazing with my gray quartzite countertop. It also cost far less than the Moen faucet we got for the master bath! I would highly recommend this faucet!

The faucet is very attractive and the hook up is reasonably easy after you remove the old faucet. YET, the drain assembly oddly had a pin hole leak in the pipe itself in an area that appears to be at a junction point well below the drain connection at the sink level (odd I know, but definitely not leaking at the attachment site). I reached out to the Company’s web site (customer service email listed in the box) asking for a new drain assembly or a refund. With NO RESPONSE after days of waiting, I ordered a separate drain assembly to match the faucet. Perhaps an odd manufacturing defect (sent them a picture) on my unit alone, but it may be better especially without a customer service response to pay up for a more quality oriented name than have the hassle that I experienced of replacing the drain assembly twice with added costs. Not happy!
