Used to use own brand KSM 66 600mg from Holland and Barret which I loved, but always issue getting it and they are so expensive! This came highly rated on here and through external searches. I liked this at first, first month to 6 weeks. Reason being it kicked in pretty quickly, around the week mark and there is no denying this. Noticeably calmer and able to deal with things, no anxiety feeling in out of stomach when waking or tightness in chest. BUT after the six weeks, I felt as if it was maybe aggravating my anxiety.
