This is it. The one I was looking for. Compresses flat so good for EDC, but expands like crazy for travel when I need to take more stuff. Love this bag, love the color, love the material. Shoulder bag, sling bag.... Can even tighten down enough to wear on waist. Highly recommend!

Bought this on a whim being bored with my ever present Fanny pack. It turned out to be a great alternative and I use it very frequently. It is very well made and durable also lightweight! Good stuff.

I returned it because it was very stiff and I was looking for something that I could sometimes stuff into my other bag. It looked like it was excellent quality, but I got a similar thing from Cotopaxi that I hope will do the job.

I traveled through Europe and several airports recently. I found this sling bag great for taking everything from pockets and then zipping it up. I would attach it to the top of my carry on backpack with a clamp to keep my things together.Most American airports have switched to new X-ray machines that no longer require travelers to remove laptops and liquids from carry on. Shoes still come off in United States, but not most airports outside of country unless you are returning to America.I like this bag so much that I bought it in there colors.

I constantly have loose bags that I carry around with my devices (water bottle, Kindle, 2-year old's snacks, etc.) and have doing research on an EDC solution. I chose the bronze color and love it. Initially got the 6L version but was a little too tight when placing my essentials inside. The 9L is just right. I'm 6'2 and have an athletic build so it's wraps around my torso adequately, especially when chasing after a little one.
